1. How to Enter
Beginning Monday, June 8, 2026, listen to 87.7 The Spot for the Jessica Simpson signal to call.
When the Jessica Simpson signal to call airs, listeners may call 315-472-0200. The 9th caller through to the station phone line, as determined by 87.7 The Spot, will be selected as that contest play’s winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
Contest opportunities will occur at various times between Monday, June 8, 2026 and Friday, June 12, 2026. Exact times may vary and are at the sole discretion of 87.7 The Spot.
2. Prize
Each verified winner will receive:
One pair of tickets to see Jessica Simpson at The Vine at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, New York on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

3. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected during each contest play from eligible callers who successfully become the designated caller.
All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
4. Eligibility
Contest is open to legal residents of the 87.7 The Spot listening area who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of 87.7 The Spot, its parent company, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, contest sponsors, participating venues, ticket providers, and other companies involved with this contest are not eligible to win.
Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and members of the same household, whether related or not.
87.7 The Spot reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who violates these official rules.
5. Winner Limits
Unless otherwise stated by 87.7 The Spot, listeners may win only once during this contest.

Listeners who have won a prize from 87.7 The Spot within the previous 30 days may be ineligible to win, depending on station policy and prize value.
6. Phone Entry Rules
Only calls received at 315-472-0200 after the Jessica Simpson signal to call airs will be eligible.
The station is not responsible for busy signals, dropped calls, disconnected calls, misdialed calls, delayed calls, technical failures, phone service interruptions, or any other issue that prevents a listener from becoming the designated caller.
Calls may be recorded and used on-air or online. By participating, entrants give 87.7 The Spot permission to use their name, voice, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of callers attempting to call after each Jessica Simpson signal to call.
8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
No substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of 87.7 The Spot, the concert promoter, venue, sponsor, or prize provider.
Tickets are subject to the rules, restrictions, and policies of the artist, promoter, venue, and ticket provider. 87.7 The Spot is not responsible if the concert is postponed, rescheduled, canceled, delayed, or otherwise changed.
If the concert is canceled or postponed, the station is not obligated to provide a substitute prize, unless required by law or determined by the station in its sole discretion.
Transportation, parking, food, beverages, lodging, merchandise, and all other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
Please note: This event is restricted to guests age 21 and older in accordance with venue policies. Winners and guests must meet all venue admission requirements.
9. Prize Claim
Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification before receiving any prize.
Winners must claim prizes according to station instructions. Failure to claim a prize by the deadline provided by 87.7 The Spot may result in forfeiture of the prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required paperwork, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the station’s discretion.
10. Release and Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless 87.7 The Spot, its parent company, affiliates, sponsors, promotional partners, employees, agents, representatives, concert promoter, venue, artist, and prize providers from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. General Conditions
87.7 The Spot reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this contest if technical failures, fraud, human error, weather, scheduling changes, prize availability, or any other factor affects the integrity or proper operation of the contest.
87.7 The Spot’s decisions regarding the contest, caller order, eligibility, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these rules are final.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
